Dvigo

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Dvigo (dvigo.uz), a chat moderation bot for YouTube Live. By signing in or using Dvigo, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Dvigo.

1. The service

Dvigo connects to your YouTube channel and, while you are live and the bot is switched on, moderates your chat according to your settings. It can remove messages, time out or ban users, answer commands, post timed messages, and announce donations from donater.uz. Dvigo is currently free.

2. YouTube

Dvigo uses YouTube API Services. By using Dvigo, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Dvigo is not made, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

3. Your account

4. Your responsibilities

5. Donations

Dvigo only displays donation alerts. Payments are processed by donater.uz under its own terms; Dvigo never handles money or payment details and is not responsible for donations.

6. Availability

We work to keep Dvigo running, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dvigo depends on YouTube, including YouTube's API usage limits, which can pause the bot for a time. We may change or discontinue features.

7. Ending your use

You can stop at any time: switch the bot off, revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and email us if you want your data deleted. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Dvigo is provided "as is". No automated moderation catches everything or is never wrong, so you remain responsible for your stream and chat. As far as the law allows, Dvigo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions Dvigo took because of your settings.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data Dvigo collects and how it is used.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Questions: jaloliddinalimardonovich@gmail.com.
